Personalised Medicine

The best way to gain the most appropriate personalised treatment is to invest in our 2-part Wellness Package. Not only does this allow us the time to fully investigate your case, it also helps us to stay focused on your primary goals and keep you on track for success.

Part 1 – Initial Consultation – 60-90  minutes

During your first consultation we focus on facts; together we will delve into your history, your current state of health, and your desires for the future. We will agree upon your goals and make some recommendations to get you started. If time permits, we may also delve into sub-conscious, emotional and energetic aspects affecting your current state of health with the use of kinesiology.

If indicated, you may be referred for further testing.

Part 2 – Report of Findings – 30  minutes

Scheduled 1-3 weeks after your initial consultation, here you will be provided with fully researched, evidence-based, comprehensive yet easy to understand information:

  • Report of Findings
  • Personalised Treatment Plan

You now have a structure in place to work towards your health goals… naturally!happy

Standard Follow up appointment  $85 [30 minutes]

Follow up appointments are recommended to monitor progress, keep you on track, answer any questions you may have and make modifications to your treatment plan where appropriate.

Short Kinesiology balances may be included if time allows.

extended Follow up appointment  $110 [60 MINUTES]

For those of you who require more in-depth care or desire to receive a more comprehensive Kinesiology balance, requesting this appointment will ensure we have the necessary time allocated.

Current clients can choose this option for acute health appointments – ideal for those times where you want to have a quick chat and pick-up a prescription.

What to expect from a Naturopathy Consultation?

Prior to your initial consultation, you will be sent a Welcome Pack which includes all of the information to get us started. You are requested to complete important health questionnaires which provide a high-level status of your current health.

happy naturopath

During the consultation you will be asked questions from a holistic perspective; physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health are all connected to your current state of health.

Kinesiology may also be used during a consultation if you are interested and willing. Kinesiology uses muscle-monitoring to seek information from your subconscious. I recommend wearing shorts or trousers (i.e. avoid short skirts or dresses) if you would like to use this technique.

At the end of your consultation you will be provided with a prescription and action plan to support your natural health goals.

“(I) just had a Skype appointment with @naturologystudio please head over and follow her if you haven’t already and support the amazing work she does. She is my preferred Naturopath and flower essence provider” – Kristin E

Private Health Memberships:

Until April 2019, if you had Extras Cover you were eligible for claiming Naturopathy consultations with Sarah to help you stay healthy.

The decision to remove Natural Therapies from Private Health Insurance Extras Coverage was received with heavy scrutiny, and is now currently under review by Health Minister Greg Hunt.

It is Sarah’s hope that Naturopathy will be added back into Extras Cover in the near future.  Until then, all appointments are funded privately.
