Naturology is Sarah Claiden’s integrated approach that combines Naturopathy and Kinesiology to explore the connections between physical symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, emotions and the nervous system. The aim is to help identify underlying factors that may be contributing to health concerns and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Naturology combines Naturopathy and Kinesiology to explore health from multiple perspectives. Alongside nutrition, lifestyle and testing, we also consider how stress, emotions, beliefs and nervous system patterns may be influencing physical wellbeing. This integrated approach helps connect the dots between mind and body.

The mind and body are closely connected. Stressful experiences, ongoing emotional strain and nervous system dysregulation can influence sleep, digestion, energy, hormones and overall wellbeing. Exploring these connections can provide valuable insights into your health picture.

For Naturopathy consultation with Sarah, many private health funds now offer rebates for Naturopathy through selected extras policies. We recommend checking directly with your health fund regarding your level of cover and rebate eligibility.

Many people seek support because they continue to experience symptoms despite being told their results are within normal ranges. A consultation can help explore optimal ranges, alongside lifestyle, nutritional, emotional and environmental factors that may not always be apparent through standard testing alone.

While online appointments can be very effective, I generally recommend attending your first consultation in person if possible. Taking the time to meet face-to-face helps me gain a deeper understanding of your health story and allows us to establish a genuine therapeutic relationship from the outset.

For many clients, once that initial connection has been established, follow-up appointments can be comfortably conducted online when needed.
