Naturology Studio Care Packages are designed for clients who attend regular Naturopathy and Kinesiology appointments at our Sandgate clinic and would like to receive more value from their ongoing care.

What can my Care Package credit be used for?
Care Package credit can be used towards Naturology Studio consultations within the specified timeframe. You can apply it to any available Naturology session length.
Are products included?
Care Package clients receive a 5–10% discount on eligible practitioner-only and retail products available in clinic for the duration of the care package. Products are paid for separately.
Does Care Package credit cover testing?
No. Testing is paid for separately at the price set by the external testing laboratory.
Can I transfer my credit to someone else?
Yes. If you would like to use some of your credit for a family member or loved one, or transfer remaining credit, please speak with the studio team.
Can I use my credit to see both Sarah and Lou?
Absolutely, yes. This is a great way to invest in care that covers you across both practitioners at the Naturology Studio.
Can I use my credit for Clinical Psychology or EMDR?
No. Phillip at the Psychology Studio has separate billing arrangements. Care Packages at the Naturology Studio cover Naturopathy and Kinesiology consultations only.
Do Care Packages automatically renew?
No. Care Packages are purchased with a single upfront payment and do not automatically renew. You can simply purchase another package if and when it suits you.
